If you couldn't tell from the pictures, Enoch loves trains!
The big event of the month was his 2nd birthday. His sisters (& mom) had a lot of fun making his train cake together. Dad made him a really cool Strider bike that he can actually ride pretty well.
There are some subtleties in these pictures that I really like. For instance, the sippy cup tied to the Thomas train and Dad drilling a hole for the bike seat and leaving all the shavings in the middle of the living room!
We celebrated in the morning and then dished all the kids out to friends while Aaron and I went to the temple. I felt just a bit guilty for that even though I was pretty sure he didn't realize the neglect. It gets pretty hard for me to make the 4hr drive and 2hr session this late in pregnancy so we were motivated to get one last trip in for the next few months.
My guilt was dispelled when I got home and the family watching Enoch made him birthday brownies with candles and gave him some of their favorite stuffed animals as gifts. He carried those around for days in place of the trains so they must have made it special.

More than four hours to a temple in Arizona? I never would have guessed. Hope your third trimester goes easy on you! Lots of love.
I love this post! He is so cute! I love the cake! How fun! I can't believe he is already two! I am requesting a picture of you and your belly! I loved to hear just a bit about how you are doing! :) I need to email you so I can hear more! Love you!
OH also please tell Aaron I am very impressed with the little bike he made! Wow, that is so neat he can make things like that and that he gets to share such talent with his children!

James and I watched just about every slide show on your blog tonight in lieu of story time. We loved it. Thanks for a peek in your world...we are glad we are a part of it from time to time.
Angie
Would you PLEASE post new pictures before your baby comes so we don't have to look at pictures from January for three MORE months...
